What We Check During Service
Every visit begins with a bicycle intake and mechanical inspection. We review the condition of the frame, brakes, gears, drivetrain, and tyres so we can explain what needs attention before any work begins.
For routine servicing, we often recommend a standard tune-up or a safety inspection. Brake adjustment, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture repair are handled with care and checked again before collection.
Clear inspection first, then agreed repairs.
Our workshop follows a practical process for general bicycle servicing and repairs.
If the inspection shows additional work, we explain the scope and ask for approval before continuing. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and compatibility or supplier availability is confirmed before anything is ordered.
When the repair is complete, we carry out a quality check and provide a service summary so you know what was adjusted, repaired, or noted for future maintenance.
